Hi Jennifer. Hope all is well at NoFault. You should be getting a call from our pool guy soon. I gave him your name and a sample swatch of our deck that was left with me because he continued to express complements on its beauty. We are still thrilled with the result. The installation was impervious to the freeze/thaw situation here in NH. He asked me about cost and I simply said "I really don't know" because I had to deal with original deck problems that were quite unique. I told the gentleman ("Grant" at Ace Pools) that I thought your application would probably be more than the step concrete but It was worth much more! Our neighbor installed step-concrete at the same time you folks applied our decking material. Theirs is already cracking and needed to be resealed! I'm still amazed at the fine work of the installers. Cheers.

We Couldn't Be Happier
Hi Brian, as you can imagine this is not an everyday project. As with my relationship with Landscape Structures, Inc, I value the one with No Fault in so many ways. Playscapes strives in supplying only high quality products to our customers. After researching safety surfacing lines to complement our other park and playground lines, Laurie and I realized that our company would benefit the most to seek out a relationship with No Fault. From the very first phone call to No fault and speaking with Jennifer, we knew that we had found the type of company that we desired to work with. Three and a half years later, we couldn’t be happier. Jennifer and Jay, my two points of contact at No Fault, have always been professional, personal and very easy to work with. We take great comfort knowing that we are providing our customers only the best in poured-in-placed product. During the design process Jennifer and Beth(I think) could not have been more helpful. We went to the playground committee several times with revisions( 14 total lsi revisions and probably 8 No fault revisions). Each time Jennifer was very quick to respond with the changes. Jay’s installers did an excellent job installing the surfacing. The general contractor had liquidated damages of $3,000/day for any days over the completion date. Jay’s installers worked daylight to dark thirty, finishing the surfacing 5 days before the estimated time of completion. Needless to say the GC was very pleased with their speed. After working with No Fault on several projects, it’s easy to understand why they are the premier safety surfacing company in America!

Residential Pool in Dover, NH

Gorgeous Pool Deck
It is rare that I would take the time to write a testimonial about a service provided at my home. However, NoFault Surfaces warrants an exception. On May 23, 2011 NoFault resurfaced my pool deck and patio area. The installation team finished the rather complex project totaling about 1700 SF in two days. The team members provided a premium quality service. They were professional and very pleasant people. The visual effect of this material is outstanding. The edges around the pool are clean and straight. The team nicely tapered the material contiguous to the “skimmers” to prevent children from tripping. Unlike concrete, there is no need for unsightly expansion joints and seams. The team carefully blended the surfacing material into a 30’ fieldstone wall. It was so carefully integrated that it appears as if the wall was placed on top of the material. As stated by my neighbor, it is absolutely gorgeous.
