David Brantley (ext. 221) David began No Fault in 1974 originally as a tennis court and competitive track construction and surfacing company. Athletic (synthetic) surfacing provided the basis for David's development of the first poured-in-place safety surface designed specifically for playgrounds in the United States. In the mid to late 1980's, the demand by the quick service restaurants coupled with new "impact" guidelines issued by the Consumer Product Safety Council (CPSC) established No Fault's unique reputation in the national and eventually international playground markets. |

Jay Ratelle (ext. 211) Jay joined No Fault in September 1989 and is the Director of Operations. Jay has been involved in over 7 million square feet of surfacing in 7 different countries. He and his wife of 23 years, Jennifer, have two daughters, Jene'e and Jessica. Jay enjoys to cook, golf and fish. |

Barbara Montagnino (ext. 210) Barbara has been part of the No Fault family for over 18 years working in various departments. She began with the Production Department, later moved to the position of Estimator, and is now working in Sales as a Regional Account Manager. Barbara is a graduate of Louisiana State University and was a pre-school teacher before joining No Fault in 1989. She and her husband, Gordy, have two daughters and a Chinese pug named Cheyenne. Jodi plays college softball and Jami plays professional basketball in Italy. |

Jennifer Smith (ext. 218) Jennifer joined No Fault in January 1994 as a personal assistant to David Brantley. Having worked in all departments of No Fault, Jennifer has extensive knowledge in sales, administration and production. She is now Vice President of Sales and Administration. She and her husband Freddy, have three children, Dalton, Delaney and Dillon. All keep her very busy when she is away from the office. |

Brian Connolly (ext. 226) Brian joined No Fault in January of 2001. He had been in the No Fault family previously with No Fault Sports Products in 1998 and 1999 before that office re-located to Houston, TX. While with No Fault Sports Products, Brian completed his Masters Degree in Sports Management and then went to work with the Louisiana State University (LSU) Tiger Athletic Foundation in 2000 prior to joining No Fault Sport Group the following year. Brian earned his undergraduate degree in Mass Communications also from LSU. He was born New Orleans and grew up in Baton Rouge. He doesn’t have much time lately for hobbies as he’s been busy with a house renovation for a couple of years, and he and his wife just had their first child, a little boy. He’s also the resident No Fault LSU fanatic and movie buff! |

Maggie Mackinnon (ext. 220) Maggie began her career at No Fault as an accounting intern during her final semester at Louisiana State University. After graduating in Spring 2006 with a Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, she decided to stay on at No Fault and has now been with company two years. She currently oversees all accounting and finance of the business. Maggie’s interests outside of work include cooking, golf, watching movies and spending time with her family. |

Aislynn Bordelon (ext. 228) Aislynn has been a part of the No Fault team since June 2006. She is originally from Bordelonville, a small town in central Louisiana. She came to Baton Rouge in 2006 to attend LSU, majoring in Agricultural Business. She enjoys cooking, LSU football and spending time with her friends and family. |

Heather Sellers (ext. 212) Heather began working at No Fault during the summer of 2007 in the Accounting Department. She is originally from Plaucheville, a small town in Central Louisiana. She moved to Baton Rouge in August of 2004 to attend LSU, where she is currently pursuing a Bachelor's Degree in Accounting. She enjoys playing tennis, running, and watching movies. |
