Placing an Order

Our online ordering system streamlines the ordering process by providing a quick and secure checkout.

Standard Order Terms and Conditions:

  1. Customer is responsible for accuracy of project dimensions and product quantities prior to ordering. Refunds are not allowed for overages.
  2. Warranty: No Fault does not warranty installation provided by others. Our product warranty covers defects and/or failures of the No Fault Rubber Mulch material only. Any defects or failures associated with installation of the product must be addressed and covered by the Installer / Contractor. Additionally, the No Fault warranty does not cover the replacement of existing material if our product is utilized to replenish an area already containing loose fill material.
  3. No Fault Sport Group reserves the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for products and/or services for which the sale or use of such products and/or services in your state is restricted or prohibited. To properly serve all customers, No Fault Sport Group reserves the right to limit quantities.

 

Cancellation and REturn Policy

Once your order is submitted to us, we cannot change or cancel an order. All sales are finale and refunds and/or returns are not allowed for any reason once credit card information has been submitted and confirmation is provided.

 

Sales Tax

No Fault Sport Group charges sales tax for merchandise ordered on this Website when products are being shipped to the following states only. The amount charged is based on the applicable state sales tax rate and the location to which the order is being shipped. If merchandise is being shipped to any state other than those listed below, the Customer is responsible for reporting and remitting all applicable sales taxes to the appropriate taxing authorities.

Shipping and Delivery

  1. All rubber mulch is shipped in 50 pound bags on a pallet.
  2. The total order price will include shipping with lift gate service.  However, Customer is responsible for off-loading material on site and a Forklift or Bobcat may be necessary.
  3. The online ordering system cannot be utilized for orders with over 15,000 pounds of total product weight. If the weight of your order exceeds 15,000 lbs, you will be redirected to an in-house regional sales manager.
  4. No Fault Cannot ship outside of the continental United Sates (the lower 48) through our online ordering system. If you live in Hawaii, Alaska, or other US owned territories / providences, please submit a Quote Request and a No Fault Representative will contact you shortly to provide pricing.
  5. Orders are shipped Monday through Friday only and typical deliver within 2 weeks after an order is placed. 
  6. Within forty-eight (48) business hours of placing your order, a No Fault representative will contact you to confirm your estimated delivery date.
  7. The risk of loss and title for all merchandise ordered on this Website pass to you when the merchandise is delivered to the shipping carrier.
